Agreement for the sale of a caravan or trailer

Use this agreement when buying or selling a second-hand, non-motorised trailer. It's suitable in relation to any trailer intended to be towed by a domestic motor vehicle, for private use on UK roads - this includes, for example, caravans, horse trailers, vehicle transportation trailers or various kinds of storage trailers.

It is not suitable for the sale of trailers that are part of a HGV combination or that are intended for commercial use.
