EP2 PG - Application to register an EPA (England & Wales)

Use this document if you were appointed an attorney under an enduring power of attorney (EPA) in England & Wales and you need to register the EPA because the donor is, or is becoming, incapable of managing his or her own affairs.

Application for registration should be made as soon as possible after the date on which the last notification was given in form EP1 PG. If you have not yet served the EP1 PG notice, you should do so now. Please note that you can no longer create EPAs in England & Wales; however, you can continue to register an EPA as long as it was signed before 1 October 2007.
