The legal healthcheck consists of around 17 short questions to review your legal health based on your specific responses, from which you'll be provided with practical guidance and support on what to do next, all delivered online 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
You can draft over 140 legal documents which are prepared quickly and simply by following the online interactive questionnaire. Once created the documents can be downloaded, printed and stored in your secure online legal account.
Your Allianz Legal Assistance product provides you with access to Lawphone. This is a legal advice helpline that can provide advice on any personal legal matter, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. To access this service please call 0330 102 5310 quoting your name and address and if available your policy number or unique reference which can be found in your policy schedule.
The use of the legal healthcheck does not constitute legal advice. It is designed to collect relevant information and data to assist in the selection of a legal document or to provide further legal guidance. You can use the document preparation service offered on this website to prepare your own legal documents. This document preparation service does not represent a legal service; it is an automated software solution for people who choose to prepare their own legal documents. No lawyer/client relationship is established by use of the website or the document preparation service. We are not a law firm. At no time do we review your answers for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide legal advice, opinions or recommendations about your legal rights, remedies, defences, options or strategies, or apply the law to the facts of your particular situation. All documents prepared by you should be used in conjunction with proper advice as to their suitability for your particular requirements and circumstances. Furthermore, the law is a personal matter, and no general information or automated solution of the sort that we provide can fit every circumstance. Therefore, if you need legal advice for your specific problem, or if your specific problem is too complex to be addressed by our automated solution, you should seek legal advice through the legal advice helpline provided as part of your Allianz Legal Assistance product.
